I am the Owner and Edit Manager of PaldemWiki. This database was entirely founded to ensure that public facts regarding the coordinated harassment campaigns, server raids, and targeting methods used by the Paldem staff network remain permanently archived where they cannot be deleted or scared away by corporate apologies.
As Edit Manager, I oversee the complete hardcoded directory layout. Because our hosting relies on static files, I review all incoming evidence submissions flagged via the manual verification gateway before applying changes to the database master index.

This layout serves as the official design template for future community records. Once an external user completes the manual email confirmation check, their designated handle will inherit this multi-column layout structure with the following custom operational parameters:
Avatar Upload and Formatting Controls
- Permitted Asset Formats: User profile avatars are fully authorized to utilize GIF (Animated), PNG, or JPEG formats via direct image hotlinking or local hosting arrays.
- Absolute Content Filter (Strict): Under no circumstances will NSFW (Not Safe For Work) graphics be authorized in custom headers or user avatars.
- Linguistic Clarification (Context Notice): Content analysis teams are reminded that the term hentai strictly translates to "pervert" depending on the underlying conversational context. However, to maintain unassailable high-ground metrics against Paldem's public defense arguments, all user page elements must remain strictly safe-for-work regardless of translation debates. Malicious submissions will be purged immediately.
